Your working time

I found an article circulated in fb about working time. To me its quite true. Even my supervisor also have mentioned about this. The scenario is that, most of the bosses at the working place will just throw jobs to the employees regardless of either they are able to implement it or not. Sometimes the work may take most of their time including the time that they should spend for their family. The consequence is that, it may cause your relationship with your life partner becomes rotten. If this happen, do they (the bosses) care about it? So think twice if you plan to work overtime.
